在領聖體方面的體會
大家好！我名叫Michael，很高興在此跟大家分享一點在領聖體方面的體會。我記得兒時學道理，神父教我們：「無罪才去領聖體。」我可能是要小心一點的緣故，在每次走出去領聖體之前，我都先懺悔一次，潔淨自己，然後才出去領。以前會覺得我「有資格」領聖體，因為已經潔淨了自己。
但漸漸我覺得不是的，即使告了解、赦了罪，我都「沒有資格」。因為就算我懺悔、潔淨了自己，我都只是個受造物；猶如普通平民百姓，怎配得上普世君王主耶穌基督光臨寒舍呢？漸漸我又發現領聖體前的對答很美！我們說：「主，我當不起你到我心裏來。」真的，我真的「當不起」，我真是不堪當主耶穌駕臨我心裡的。但是，天主都來！我前去領聖體時，主耶穌祢不會因為我說自己不配，祢就將把聖體變回麵餅，收回祢賜的恩寵。我這個「來赴宴的人」真「是有福的」！這份福氣，是主耶穌祢白白賜給我的，是祢使我成為「有福的人」！近幾年，每次領聖體，我都注意這一點，好感動，覺得主耶穌非常的好！
因為小時候的一些原因，我的自卑感很重，心裏不期然會覺得自己沒人愛、沒人要、沒有人理我。所以，如果有些朋友走在一起有講有笑，而我一個人落了單的話，我就會很不開心。試過有一次我印象很深，在靈修營中，我自己一個人做避靜，剛巧遇到堂區幾位聖母軍朋友來到同一個營地，他們一起參加另一個活動。我知道他們和我是各有各靈修，他們做他們的活動的時候，並不是故意疏遠我，但我還是會無故覺得孤單、很淒涼，還會很生氣，而且氣了整晚。我都不想這樣，但是自己控制不了。第二天對神師說了這件事，神師幫我發現原來自己心裏有一個「被人遺棄、沒人重視你」的心靈舊患，前一晚不小心碰到這個未痊癒的傷口，就搞成這樣。
我帶住這個「我沒人要」的心靈舊患來領聖體，又別有一番滋味：「主，我當不起你到我心裏來。」但，祢都來！「主，我沒人要。」但，祢都要！就算我一文不值，祢仍不介意我的不配！祢將祢的聖體送給我，藉此告訴我：「我是好的」「我的靈魂就會痊癒。」
前陣子女兒生日，有些朋友上來我家慶祝。吃完飯大人與大人聊天，小朋友與小朋友一起玩。期間我有事進了房間，在房裡聽到他們有說有笑。我意識到這次心裡面還有一點「孤單」和「沒人理」的感覺，但已經比以前少很多。當我意識到，我就在呼氣的時候，把這少許的不開心呼出去，交給天主。呼吸幾下，感覺輕鬆很多，大致上可以應付得到，這個心靈舊患沒有對自己造成很大的干擾。
經過很多次注意天主不嫌棄自己，甚至很疼愛自己，以及一些心靈醫治的活動，現在我的自卑感已經減少很多，「我沒人要」的心靈舊患只是間中會發作，比以前好多了。

苦難背後必有祝福
我在2017年尾退休，原本想跟先生一起去去旅行，過休閒的生活。料不到在2018年中，發現先生的後腦有腫瘤，在醫院住了四個星期，做了兩次手術，當中有一半時間更進了深切治療部病房。由於腫瘤的部位有很多神經線，所以不能完全割除，術後要繼續接受電療和化療。接下來的那一年，我們經常出入醫院。
我當時很徬徨，很擔憂，身心都覺得很疲累，我知道我唯一可以依靠的是天主，我不停祈禱。請求主耶穌保守、帶領，給我力量繼續照顧我的先生。
我每天都會獨自去散步，一邊走一邊念經，玫瑰經、慈悲串經，與耶穌對話，就好像老朋友見面傾談，真正是主與我同行！我每日也會參加彌撒聖祭，接受主耶穌聖體來到我心中。每次祈禱，我都感受到主耶穌的臨在，祂聆聽我的禱告，安慰我，我的心神就平靜下來。透過家人、親戚、朋友的關懷，我感受到耶穌基督對我的愛。我望着十字架上的耶穌，我想連耶穌基督也要受苦受難，何況是我們呢！但我深信苦難的背後，必有祝福，而天父一定給予我們足夠的力量，去面對我們的困苦，
因為我先生的病，令我更加親近主耶穌。我特別喜歡七苦聖母玫瑰經，尤其是默想聖母見到耶穌受苦，我感受到聖母的悲痛。聖母給了我很多鼓勵，我要效法聖母，堅強地生活下去。
我先生的病況暫時尚算穩定，我可以鬆一口氣。但我知道無論前面的路是黑暗的幽谷，或者是康莊的大道，主與我同在，我不需要害怕！我們的信仰叫我們要喜樂、有盼望，凡事有天主的美意，我們只需要接受與天主合作。我盼望可以得到永生，分享主耶穌的光榮，與天主永遠在一起。

喜樂蠶蟲
我最喜歡玫瑰經中的歡喜二端，聖母在懷孕之初，懷着憂慮、無助但又喜樂的心情，探望她的表姊依撒伯爾。我相信當時聖母需要向她信任的人傾訴，而在她倆相遇的一剎那，聖神就消除了她們心裡的疑慮，使她們充滿跳躍的喜樂。
其實我也體驗過這種外在憂患內在喜樂的狀態，但是經過生活的壓力和磨練，令我連內在喜樂也消失掉；加上疫情的憂患，我漸漸失去了平和的感覺，被懼怕和消極的思緒纏繞，像一隻蠶蟲一樣。
這種狀態驅使我左思右想，回顧過去幾十年的信仰生活，反思我對於信仰是否只流於形式上的參與？我的心變硬了嗎？麻木了嗎？原來是我怕！怕被欺騙、怕被出賣。不知不覺地連做人的熱誠都被自己冰封了！
這份醒覺是天主給我、使我更新的恩寵，呼喚我走近祂、積極破繭而出，但是我該怎樣做呢？
近期，我的一位朋友因為被欺騙，而動搖了對人的信任，變得沉默。我感應到這沉默是他求救的訊號。於是我煮了些食物送給他、跟他聊天。沒想到關懷和食物能治療痛苦，他開心起來，還開始重拾對人的信心。他的喜樂，也引發我一絲絲的喜樂；我的心硬竟然一層一層的被軟化了。我如破繭蠶蟲，從憂患不安中，把我做人的熱誠慢慢伸展出來。我體驗到每一日都是新的一天，重新積極地活出新的我。
聖神觸動我明白，施也是受，受也是施！受施受施，像是食物壽司，使我生活着。我期盼這一絲絲的喜樂能編織成朵朵有心思的玫瑰花，串連成感恩的禱文，透過聖母的雙手放置在至聖聖體前。
