「看！我同你們天天在一起，直到今世的終結。」
無論是在聖體龕中，或者特別在明供聖體時，主耶穌都在等待我們，希望與我們在一起。現在，主正在等待我們打開心田的大門，讓祂進來。
當我們在貧乏中，要知道「上主是我的牧者，我實在一無所缺。」（聖詠23:1）在困難中，因為主與我同在，我就有了力量；在經歷無可避免的痛苦時，我們可以奉獻所受的痛苦，分擔一點兒主耶穌因為愛我們而受盡的至悲慘的苦難！
天主臨在的地方，就是天國。所以當我在朝拜聖體中探望主耶穌時，雖然我只可以給祂我有限的愛，但我卻可以在祂極大的愛情中預嘗天國的甘飴！
「當我們活於惶恐之中，我們很容易遺忘天主的愛；而當我們越忘卻天主，又越容易害怕。所以我要邀請主與我同在；因為天主就是愛，而「在愛內沒有恐懼，反之，圓滿的愛把恐懼驅逐於外。」（若望一書4:18）
反思：
我心田的門扉有沒有敞開，懇切地邀請主耶穌進來呢？
我的心有沒有常常掛念主耶穌，並定期騰出時間來陪伴祂、把心事告訴祂、去體驗祂的愛，還有真心地以愛還愛呢？

主耶穌，感謝祢甘心留在聖體中與我同在，求祢原諒我以往不懂得珍惜與祢相遇的機會！請教我謹記，與祢相遇之時就是天國降臨於我心；請祢提示我去學習陪伴祢、與祢談心。
願光榮歸於父、及子、及聖神，起初如何，今日亦然，直到永遠，亞孟。

極大的喜樂
我一家三口是公教家庭，太太十分熱心投入教會的福傳，但我則是個星期日教友，信仰可以說是不冷也不熱，近年才隨太太參加夫婦小團體。幾年前我的工作到了樽頸，在不情願下隨太太參加了一個夫婦避靜後，有一日突然好想參與平日彌撒，參加後感覺平安而得力，自此我便每天參與。現在回索，應該是聖神的指引和呼喚，還好我有回應到。而這兩年，在參加夫婦小組及靈修時，我比以前更投入和渴望，而內心也越感到喜樂與平安。
這大半年香港的環境使我思考「永恆」的問題。我以前只知工作而忘記了家人，聖神指引我忽然明白過來，永恆的愛是來自天主，而不是來自世界的物質和虛榮。於是我決定提早兩年退休，用我有限的時間去補贖和重投天父的懷抱，學習愛主愛人。
就在這個時候，爸爸的身體急轉直下。九月底，在醫院無意中發現到他的腹腔有個血瘤和腦部出血，有生命危險。但因為新冠肺炎肆虐，探病時間要再跟醫院商量。在可以探病的第一天，媽媽和我前往，爸爸見到我們當然開心，但同時亦流露出悲傷之情。在我詢問下，他表示感覺懼怕和惶恐，覺得經常有人在監視他，令他很不安，吵着要離院。我不知如何是好，於是我大膽提議不如和他一起祈禱，求主耶穌保守他平安健康。
其實父母一直都是拜神，但說來奇怪，禱告後，他真的感到平安多了，情緒也舒緩多了，面露寛容，向我微笑。我當時的內心很是震動，又充滿感恩，我強烈感到聖神的臨在和施恩，及天主的慈悲，親自安慰了忐忑的我和惶恐的爸爸。當下聖神充滿了我，叫我勇氣十足地邀請爸爸考慮入教和接受病人傅油。我告訴他領洗後可以帶給他內心有更多平安，他成為天父的兒子，可以透過祈禱感受到天主的護佑，而且我們一家人將來更會在天國團聚。同時我也告訴他代禱的力量，說我已邀請了很多教友為他代禱，天主定必喜悦眾人合而為一。
出乎意料，爸爸竟然爽快開心地答應了！我感到十分驚訝！使我更確信天主的憐憫和聖神的臨在。翌日太太便邀請神父到醫院，神父再三詢問父親的意願，父親都表示確信，之後便為他領洗及進行病人傅油。禮成後，父親的樣子很平安喜悦，沒有之前擔驚受怕的面容了。我喜極而泣，親身見證耶穌的慈悲，親自安慰和照顧我爸爸這隻走失了幾十年的小羊。
由於爸爸年事已高未能施行手術，醫生批准他回家休養。我們在家繼續跟他一起祈禱，我感覺到他有了耶穌作依靠，心情比以前喜樂和平安，情緒也比以前更安穩。雖然每天仍要面對死亡的威脅，仍要經常出入醫院，但有家人的陪伴及信仰的支持，他已不再懼怕，能夠坦然面對！我為此而更加感恩。
父母能入教是我多年的心願。這件事令我看見主耶穌的施恩和得力在乎祈禱。未來我希望能夠「以愛還愛丶以生命影響生命」！
