「如果你們不悔改，你們都要同樣喪亡。」
《路加福音》記載，有些人看到有人遭受殘忍的對待，以為這是他們犯罪後的懲罰。但是耶穌說：「你們以為這些加里肋亞人，比其他所有的加里肋亞人更有罪，纔遭此禍害嗎？不是的。我告訴你們：如果你們不悔改，你們都要同樣喪亡。」（路13:1-3）
疫症嚴重蔓延全球，很多人因為身體無法抵抗病毒而病倒甚至死亡。原來罪也是一樣，自從罪惡這個嚴重的傳染病進入了世界，也傳遍了人類社會。罪也會像病毒一樣變種，以層出不窮的方式引誘人類，令無數的靈魂喪亡。
要抵抗病毒，我們可能還要等待疫苗。但是，抵抗罪惡束縛所需要的恩竉，則早已為我們預備妥當，只要我們接受聖洗、勤領聖事便可獲得。
我患病，或者因別人所做的事而受苦，自己很容易知道；但如果是我把病傳給別人，或者別人因我的大小罪而受苦，我們卻往往未必會察覺。
所以預防勝於治療。如果我能把握天主所賜的恩寵，善用自己的言語、行為，時常祈禱和勤領聖事，不但能盡量避免自己犯罪、避免別人因我的緣故而犯罪，甚至有可能幫助到那些正在傷害別人的人悔改。
我日夕都設法避開傷害身體的病疫的風險，但我同時有沒有重視避開傷害靈魂的病疫呢？
反思：
看到別人的過犯，我有沒有驕傲地認為自己就是義人呢？這時，我是用言語在背後傷害他，還是用愛德幫助他悔改呢？
我渴望陪伴在聖體內的主耶穌嗎？我是否願意用悔改的眼淚為耶穌洗腳，安慰因我的罪過而傷心難過的耶穌聖心呢？

從改變自己開始
時間過得真快，我今年已經六十二歲，領洗了四十年，不過這麼多年來，我都把重心放在生活各種東西上面，一直都只是個「星期日教友」。
前兩年退休了，兒女都出來工作了，我覺得是時候找回我的信仰，再次與天主親近！於是這兩年我積極參加不同的靈修小組，努力地找天主！
在這兩年的靈修祈禱中，我常常跟主耶穌說，和老公一起很不開心，我無法接受他做的事，真的很想離開他！他生意失敗已經是二十多年前的事，之後又賭股票欠下一身債，這麼多年來還是不負責任。沒有給家裡費用之餘，還要我幫他還信用咭，家裡大小事務都落在我一個人身上，還不時對我呼呼喝喝，說是我自找的！我覺得老公一點都不愛惜我。
佢最近失業，沒了收入，就經常跟我要錢，除了生活費還要幫他還債，我真的很生氣！我很不明白，為甚麼會有個這樣的老公！我不斷向天主祈求，希望天主可以改變他，但天主好像沒有聽到我的聲音….
前兩個星期，我參加了一個工作坊，裡面都是我祈禱小組的一班弟兄姊妹。當天分組討論的主題，是「寬恕」。感謝聖神給我勇氣，我勇敢說出了我無法寬恕老公的事。當我分享完之後，組員的回應讓我愣住了。有人說我應該要感恩，因為我還有能力施予，又有人提我「施比受更有福」。我第一個反應是怎麼他們講得好像是我錯一樣，養妻活兒不是男人的責任嗎？怎麼老公可以置身事外，令我這麼痛苦！但再想一想，我跟這班弟兄姊妹一直都是真誠相待，他們沒理由替我老公講話的。我才開始放低自己，謙卑下來，看看其實自己是否也要改變。
我問自己，二十幾年來，我有沒有溫柔的對待老公呢？我有沒有鼓勵他？或勸告過他？或者平心靜氣的跟他討論？終於我明白了，一個充滿埋怨、仇恨的人又怎會做到呢！
現在我決心改變自己對老公的態度，以前的我，一看到他做些不順眼的事，我就會馬上罵他。現在我會控制自己嘴巴，想想主耶穌會想我怎樣做，然後才回應。原來經過這個步驟，我發現自己比以前溫純了，講話的語氣變得令老公容易接受，而他也多聽了我的意見！大家相處更融洽，家庭和諧了，連兒女都感受到！
原來能夠施予真的是一份福氣！感謝聖神的啟發，謝謝弟兄姊妹的鼓勵！這份覺醒讓我明白，只有改變自己才能影響別人。同樣，善待家人就是善待自己。
經过反省, 明白生活態度是要寬鬆才对,即是不責罵, 減少埋怨, 和氣些对家人, 事情便会轉变得有生機和改進

剛才我在這兩句話反覆思量:[我日夕都設法避開傷害身體的病疫的風險，但我同時有沒有重視避開傷害靈魂的病疫呢？]說得很真實.平日自以為是義人,對別人的行為看不過眼,只顧去比較自己如何清高,為此而沾沾自喜,但又沒有以身作側,或怕事沒有去循循善誘有問題的近人回改,任由他們一錯再錯.而自己在靈修方面仍未站穩住腳,在疫情下與天主的關係又更疏離.這樣便很容易被魔誘而不自覺,容易犯下大小二罪.
期盼能在將臨期常思己過,謙抑自下,悔改更新;多研讀聖言,活出基督的精神,為主作福傳;有機會便去辦修和聖事,朝拜聖體,勤領或神領聖體聖事;以同理心去憐憫人,為世人祈禱.每天改一些,終有成功的一日.

我渴望陪伴在聖體內的主耶穌嗎? 这是我从来没有想过的一个问题。
基本上我好像很少渴望陪伴谁？ 除了孩子小时候，我是渴望时常陪着他们的，还有当母亲年纪老迈，患了轻度老人痴呆时，却因为她远在美亚美，我身在加拿大，一年只能陪到她十多天， 一切都依赖在彼方的姐妹代为照顾，那份悬念，是不能形容的。
但为什么我从来没有想过圣体内的主耶稣会渴望我能陪伴他呢？ 是不是我觉得他是无所不在，所以不需要拘泥于地点； 又因为他是时常与我们同在，所以我什么时候想起他，就可以跟他联络呢！
但想深一层，我是否太 “奉旨”，缺少了一份尊重。
对不起， 主耶穌。 求你时常提醒我，要不时陪伴在聖體內的你！
